Strengthens health care systems by placing site-specific medical supplies and technologically appropriate medical equipment into hospitals and clinics in the developing world. Since 1987, Project C.U.R.E. has provided resource-starved communities with the medical supplies desperately needed to provide an enhanced level of diagnostics, treatment, and care for those living in conditions of disease and poverty in more than 125 countries. Project C.U.R.E.'s on-site needs assessment process promotes mutual cooperation and understanding of the conditions to be addressed, assuring the donors and partners that the medical relief delivered will meet the project's specific needs.
